Re: Victory day in Moscow 2012 - the Veterans
Evgeni, well done on presenting a very nicely put together thread. These heroes are clearly respected in your country, and deservedly so. What I really like to see, is the people turning out in large numbers to show their appreciation. Too many fail to recognise the sacrifice made many years ago.
Regards,
Carl

Re: Victory day in Moscow 2012 - the Veterans
Several of my relatives fought against these people, they had , as do I ,nothing but the utmost respect for the Russian soldier (and civilian) . I honestly still cannot comprehend how people of either side survived such horrendous conditions. Thank you for sharing their well-being, I wish them a long and healthy life.
Kind regards,
Grant Reimers.
