Had these two for about 10 years. Any comments would be welcome !
The upper is marked "Imperial Gudedge Cutlery Co." and has a German made replacement scabbard.
The lower is completely unmarked, has had the finish on the blade removed and the finish on the grip is worn.
A friend told me this is an "original" as it has a thick cross guard, but I'm thinking it is a "3rd pattern".
I thought they were to have a number on the pommel and broad arrow marks to be WWII or issue.
They both were rather inexpensive at the time !....................
Regards,
Steve.
