This is the last of my Fallschirmjager helmets, I don't see too many over this way and so if one comes along and it ticks the boxes for me then I get it for the collection. I must get around to putting up some shelves and getting the helmets on display instead of leaving them packed away as they are.

The first helmet is nice, I like it Jersey. Although I wonder......is it coated with lacquer on the outside or is it oiled like you do to some of your helmets?

The second helmet, with the chicken wire..........that one has serious issues.
