Looks good to me, but i'm not a fanatical helmet guy, just go on what I see, so best wait for comments from the big Kahuna's here....

I like the rusty rim edges! Hard to fake old corrosion like that.
Pity its just a shell, would have been a nice helmet.
Maybe parted out ( sum of the individual parts & all that)
