My friend just won a FJ Abzeichen Case and just wanted to know your thoughts if it is original.

pics are small, but imo a post war case. Case are built from parts, that i know not from original war period cases.

What was the price, that your friend have payd for it?

When you post pics in this way Rob, it is better to spot the details from the case.

Important is for example the hinge, pushbutton, surface of the case material and inlet. And the way of production of course.

from the pics, which need better pics, it looks to be very heavily lacquered and black and count 7 hinges on the back. Without clearer pics i am, I agree a post war piece
