Hi can anyone tell me if this is genuine there are no makers mark on it, I haven't bought it yet, sorry about the pics.

The shop owner thought it was Luftwaffe thats what he was told by the person in Germany who sold him the badge so maybe that should have rung some bells.

The key tell that it is a fake being the closed talons, they should be open. I'm assuming that it would be a pretty scarce badge as it was discontinued in 1939. Has anyone got an original that they could post?
