    I would say post war, not sure what time era, but way past TR era IMO

    This symbol for musicians, as shown with the buckle, was used in the early 1930's anyway, but also after WWII.

    This type was in a leaflet from Steinhauer & Lück from about 1932/1933, but it then was
    positioned onto a silver-wash inset (medaillon).
    Overhoff (0787) was one of the main manufacturer's after the war. The shown one is anyway current!
