    - anything dealing with Allenstein (Olsztyn) and Wehrkreis I in East Prussia,
    - entrenching tool carrier (straight and folding),
    - forestry and hunting items,

    Nice pieces indeed - but straps are too short though and probably equipment straps ( zelts etc... )
    Kochgeschirr straps were longer and extended right down the front to the bottom bridle.

    Thanks and yes they are equipment straps.
    Looking for following WWII German items:

    For some weird reason, straps are hard to come by ( like chinstraps ) - I guess there were more auxillary ones produced and less that broke in use?
