It looks good and real, but that's not a german pouch, IMO that's a finnish ammo pouch patterned after the 1909 german ammo pouch...if i'm not mistaking of course...

That does not appear to be a German ammo pouch to me.

It should look something like this. Note the pebbled leather:

Also,

Just so you know, brown ammo pouches were generally used by the Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe. Black ammo pouches were generally used by the Heer and Waffen SS.

The one I posted above has an eagle over "M" mark, indicating Kriegsmarine issue.

Hello,
Prewar, Heer soldiers were issued brown ammo pouches. Soldiers had to darken the front part. they were later made in black. Kriegsmarine ammo pouches were also brown prewar, but they were quickly made in black leather. Luftwaffe ammo pouches were not brown natural, like Heer and Kriegsmarine ones, they were brown chocolate, but during the war the Luftwaffe also changed this color for black.
