Is this an authentic German WW2 Wehrmacht military ruck sack backpack?

Article about: I own one and i really started to like them; but only the versions with their own straps, not the ones that go on the Y-straps. I have only one for now but i want them lots of them

    Hello all,

I was just wondering if this backpack was truly a Third Reich item from WW2?

    Thanks so much in advance.

Not quite sure. I actually stumbled upon on craigslist, it really caught my attention. I've seen other nice ones, but with missing straps.

    Thank you,

The other nice thing with this one is that it has the mess tin holder

Looks like an M34 Tornister. Quite a few threads here that you can search and learn.
