    Why am I thinking Czech or some other manufacture? Straps too twee for mountain troops. Any markings? NH

    Looks ok by me canvas one rbn maker on it could have been mountain used or standard infantry or artillery the mountain troops had a model usually large pockets on them. I only have the fur models. timothy

    The bag arrived and looks great...maybe the leather parts are slightly dry.
    I read somewhere, that rubbing in a little vaseline might help it - but is that just an 'urban legend'? I wouldn't want to ruin it...
