Beutel for A-frame

I purchased this Beutel for the Gefechtsgepäck or A-frame years ago. I understand these are hard to find. I wonder why they are so scarce? At present, I only have the RG 34 stashed in it. I know it was also supposed to contain iron rations and a sweater. Still looking for an A-frame to go with it - those seem to be even more rare. NH

Looks like a nice early A-frame bag to me...... Aluminium hardware ?

Is it dated or maker marked ?

And they are somewhat more difficult tomfind, however not impossible...... Same goes for A-frames... Here a few of mine.....

Yes - aluminum grommets. I could not find any markings - seems to have been eradicated by oil. It is a well used example. Nice collection of A-frames! I'd settle for one! NH

I used to say that too..... If only I had one nice A-frame....

but then I got addicted to them...

Soon I will get another one from Wirtschaftsamt Litzmannstadt, with english captured webbing.... Anothe nice variation....

Still looking for a webbing one with normal holed straps with normal pin buckles.......
