Default Binocular 6x30 found at weird place

I went to the local pawn shop and i couldnt belive my eyes.
The owner had a old binocular that an old german had brought in, as i understood of the story it was brought along when the owner had to leave germany very quickly in 45. He has used it and taken good care of it since, the optics are a little foggy but i see no problem with that.

I got it for the enormus amount of 45us. WaA202 markings. 2058481. I belive this will place them in the 1940 production year.
Please do correct me if i am wrong.

I wish these binoculars could speak!

Nice find, but if the optics are abit foggy, as you said, they have a Problem. Most likely fungus. This is something that will get worse as time goes on and is abit pricey to have remedied.
