    Hi its a standard WW I Dienstglas in used condition.

    Hello,
    I second that, this is a pair of WWI Fernglas 08 from the german army in its original finish, but they may be modified a bit, i don't remember if the eyepieces were made like this on the previous binos of this type i've seen...

    You's gave me the correct term to look it up. This is the photo off the net. They are WW1 Galilei binoculars. First ordered up in 1908 foe use with German infantry squad leaders and used till around 1917. Thanks again!
