bread bag strap with RBNR0/0496/0795

Article about: hi Guys, just got this bread bag strap...my first one I do hope it's pre-1945 - the leather part looks a bit different (more square cut). looks ok? since it has a RBNR num. - would be late w

    just got this bread bag strap...my first one

    looks ok? since it has a RBNR num. - would be late war...

    Looks fine.

    The RB number would indicate the maker was in Hamburg.

    RbNr was introduced in late 1943.
