Brown belt, political or HJ???

Hi guys,

BEN EVANS SUGGESTED I ASK IN HERE AS MAYBE MORE RELEVANT????

I got this belt in a job lot, just wondered what you thought of it? I'm thinking it's either SA or HJ, or am I of the mark?

Brown leather, really small size, marked up with a "2" and then indistinct number(s) after that at the non hook side of belt, where you often see size stampings. Leather makers would be marked L2 wouldn't they???

Any thoughts? It's different from NVA hooks I've seen, thinner.
