Hi Michal, I know that the HJ, SA & SS had black wool covers. See the last piece of data below with my pictures. Does yours have any markings on aluminum throat or cap. I am not seeing any. I could be mistaken but the one you are showing could be a civilian model or an unmarked example. See what others think as well. Here are some pictures of an early model SS I Have in my collection.

could it be Swedish ? Just looking at the screw cap lid looks the same on Swedish Water bottles
Could equally be a period outdoors hiking accessory and not military or paramilitary at all......
