    too bad for the missing carrying strap on Sanitšter canteen...
    Is there a marking on the leather at the back of the "usual" 1 liter one ?

    Thanks again Yes it is, but unfortunally this canteen is stacked away for the moment, and I do not have a better picture of it I do now it is made in 1939, but I do not remember the producer. Will post better picture of it later.

    There are more than one type of canteen missing here gentlemen, but who cares...
