Article about: I was firtunate enough to get some WWII German Artifacts from my family in Lippe on a recent visit and was wondering about one of the items. It is a Daimon light. Many of the ones I have see

    I was firtunate enough to get some WWII German Artifacts from my family in Lippe on a recent visit and was wondering about one of the items. It is a Daimon light. Many of the ones I have seen on the internet have some kind of lens cover. The one I got did not have one and does not appear to have ever had one. Is this possible?     Thanks. It looks to be a Daimon nr2213. The straps were also different then I have seen as well. Thanks for the link.
