Does anyone tell me what these straps are?

I recieved 2 fallschrimjager kraftstoff. I have never seen these straps before? And I cannot find any pictures or information regarding them.

I am not able to help but posting better pictures of all markings complete would help others that know more than I. I can only read partial words and cannot fill in the blanks.

I think the straps are simply to make the drop container easier to carry.
