    To further the educational aspect of this thread, I have include two photos of the pouch, ground stakes, cord and pole
    section. I just completed finding all the parts needed to complete the Zeltbehörtasche. The photos show the complete contents as issued. NH

    Wooden poles. I don't know the exact material used for the ground stakes if that is what you mean. They were made of various materials. NH

    Yeah, I meant the ground stakes. Aluminum would be much lighter than steel, and of course non magnetic?

    Black rope is "official" but I have also seen undyed examples like that used in the pegs.
    Pegs can be found in wood, bakelite, aluminum, painted steel and stamped bare steel late in the war.
