Equipment Straps - WW2 or postwar?

Hi Guys - I had these pair of equipment straps for about a year now, always wondered if they were WW2 made or later...
I took some photos (not very good ones, but might be enough):


5 holes - on the end of it, on one side there is a marking (can't make it out) in a rectangle shape:


...and on the other side of it a marking: OBERT LARSEN - BERLIN - SW68

the 1st strap is post war, used by P. Pr. Bln which is Polizei Präsidium Berlin

I suspect that the 2nd one also is post war, but i am not sure......

in fact 68 isn't a date, but a postal area from berlin if i'm correct

sw68 - SüdWest 68

point is, on ww2 straps i would expect a date, but Larsen is a producer who made leather items in ww2 allright
