The rivet going all the way through is unusual (it does not feature on mine).

But the whole item looks OK to me???

Maybe others have seen this before?

    Cheers, Ade.

Nothing here on my fellow Mod Tom's site either:

    MP44.nl - German Uniforms and Equipment - Combat Assault Pack / A - Frame

Do not buy this until this issue is sorted out.

    Cheers, Ade.

If you do have it in hand, does it have the re-inforcement part as shown here on mine?

    Hi Jurgen

In my opinion it is not uncommon, but also not often seen....

The pictures clearly indicate the frame isn't messed with.....

    So my verdict would be

However.... my other advice is, if you don't feel happy about it. DON't buy, because that feeling will NEVER go away, no matter how many people will say it's ok .....

Thanks Tom. I thought it was OK but was loathe to give it the thumbs up on my thoughts alone.

    Cheers, Ade
