    Hello Jurgen

Very nice desirable early original gascape !!

These are difficult to find (I am lucky with my 39 dated one )

This example is made by cwl = Chepa-Orlik, Fabrik chemischer Papiere in Prag

If the cape came with the pouch is difficult to tell, but you can see the rusty button marks on the cape, while it looks like the pouch has intact buttons (not rusted), but that doesn't matter, because the cape is very nice !!

Can't read the stamp on the pouch !!

If you ever want to get rid of this cape, you know where to find me , hahaha

btw, here some info on the gascape with pictures of my 39 dated one

    Hi Jurgen

I found it on the internet on a french militaria site, but it was reserved (unfortunately)

Is it for sale on another web site now ??

(Don't worry, I will not steal it from you in front of your eyes), it's just that this piece solved a little puzzle to me about the maker of my own 39 dated gascape

It looks like these were marked C.P. before they switched to code "cwl"

So it would be a nice item for my web site.....

    Cheers
    Tom

I nevertheless bought this gas cape.
And a little bit I improved this set.
I completed this gas cape with early pouch of the same year of production. 1940
