Gasmask Can paint

Hey guys -

thoughts on the paint of this one? Is it just in REALLY good shape (no rust) or new paint on the outside? It sort of looks 'ok', but I'm having second thoughts...

If the paint is the same as the outside than its good... i found quite a few totaly rust free cannisters on local markets.

My guess is its Ok,- impossible to be totally certain from these pictures.

From these pics, it seems that the paint is the same...I might just get this, the price is cheap.
