I don't know Harry I have seen them also in brown and Tan some say tan is AK but I have seen all colors worn on all fronts. timothy

I have a brown pair, I dont think color is for a certain branch, so many of these used in so many ways by so many branches, they display great with any type of helmet.

here is a set given to me by a US Army Air Corp veteran who took them out of a German warehouse after the war ended...with extra lenses.

I've seen a photo of a Luftwaffe bomber pilot wearing the all purpose goggles instead of the usual flight goggles.

browsing thru these threads looking for the types of strap on the N&G anti splinter goggles,and can add some info on the goggles on this thread..they are the (2) adjustment screw flight goggles model 306 made by Geo. Volger and O.W. Wagener............Dave H
Any info on type of strap for N&G will be appreciated
