Hello, I dont have the expertise to validate the eagle. I do know that this fork was made by BREMER SILBERSCHMIED (a german silverware company) and is the PLATURA pattern. The markings show that it is silverplate. I hope that helps!
Not a fan of the eagle, the details are poor and it looks freshly done, but it hardly seems worthwhile to fake it, but I suppose it turns a 1 euro fork into a 15 euro fork.
Regards,
Jerry
Whatever its just an opinion.
don't impal yourself on that Vlad.-----lol.
I'm not an expert on these, but isn't the eagle upside down?
cheers, Glenn

Having spent a few years in the Fine Dining Industry, I know that as the table is set-up, such emblems should be facing the diner, and not be seen upside down...it's really the first thing that caught my eye when I saw this fork, but I admit anything's possible...
cheers, Glenn
