I would like to publicly thank Jersey 34 for the chance to purchase this siren. A thorough gentlemen to deal with.

The siren no resides in Sydney, a world away from its previous home, it will be a jewel in my collection
Amazingly enough, I have one too. Also a sydneysider we should get together and crank them up. What a racket that would be:-)

So here is my one - restored from a horribly post war orange painted mess with a missing handle. I machined one up and painstakingly chipped all the orange paint off the Bakelite saving as much of the original finish as I could. But it makes a racket and the loss of originality is offset by the shear coolness of the neighbour annoying wail

    Cheers, Dan
