Article about: I have no clue about this one... saw it at one of my regular stops on my Sunday drive... opinions? I have a pic with the lid off but It wont load.

    This is definitely a FAKE item !

    Most always made of brass, with soldered on faked 'insignia'. There are a few
    other items like this posted on the Forum in the shape of ashtrays,
    pocketwatch cases, candlesticks, etc.........

    Comes from the same Little shop that had that ashtray I posted .. Figures.

    No sweat.

    There was an influx of these types of things into Canada
    about 6 or 7 years ago.

    I believe they are all from Central Europe.........
