German style Mountaintroop boots

I got these boots for around US$50,Looks like for WWII German or Swiss mountain troop.I can't read these words,please help thanks.

Thanks for looking.They're about US 8-9 size.But the leather is stuff. Hope I can find the way to soften them!

PS. I was told they are very similar to German ones.Any opinion about this?thanks
