    Default Is This German Switchboard???

I saw this today and bought it, I am not sure what it is, however I knew it was German and dated 1943.
There are no markings I can see on the crate, but I believe it is original.
    Rather heavy.
I am hoping that it is a switchboard as I have heard they are not common, and as I do not collect German items, it will be a good trade item.

Unusual. German to be sure. The Vielfachkabel are multi connectors for telegraph or field phone. The switchboard parts seem to have a section of Wecherfallklappe or silent alarms typically seen on field switchboards. Not sure why they are in component form here. Possibly a parts kit? Any trace of the designation on the lid of the box? NH
