German WW2 camera with eagle. Fake or?

Hello, I can remember seeing a 1936 Berlin Olympic Games Leica camera on the antiques road show although it was a reproduction so I don't believe it to be fantasy. I have seen this one for sale and the camera looks pretty similar. I cannot comment on authenticity but I don't think it is a fantasy design. By the way has the camera been de-nazified or has it been blurred out?

Beware with them, I saw a lot of fake.
I do like the eagle on the top of the camera, but the one on the lens cap is over the top to me...
The material od that lens cap seems very different then what is uded on the camera, also the wear looks different...
Wait for better advice!

Baseplate is very unscuffed for a 75 year old camera. Here's a link to fake Leicas and the such. I would think you could easily determine its a fake once you read the link and examined the camera. My initial opinion from the pics shown is that its a fake.

There were many and still are reproduction / souvenir Leica, German marked cameras coming out of Russia in the 1980's. As with any item such as this, the more handling and the knowledge grows.

Curiously, one time, in Hong Kong in 1990, I saw such cameras, but with small markings from Luftwaffe.(eagles)
An in Paris, 10 years ago, one Russian was selling a lot of cameras in a fair, La Foire de Paris.
