    It is fine. There are a lot of these on the market this past 10 years as a large stock of them were found.

    They should be unmarked. Avoid marked ones, as the stamps will be bogus.

    Interesting, i don't beleive i have seen one of these before.
    Seen plenty of Soviet lighters made from 7.62x54mm rounds and as stated by Ade, if its stamped its more than likely been stamped by the seller to try and increase value.
