Hi Mich, the headset is not a Panzer one. I think I have shown mine on the forum in the past?

Same answer for the throat mikes (Kehlkopfmikrofon)

They are Heer issue headsets however, not all sets are Panzer sets. Note the WaA marking.

I agree not Panzer.
Here is a nice set i found in the past while surfing and kept it in my hard drive.

I have a couple of sets of panzer earphones, unfortunately without the jack plug. I am in the process of thinning out headphones and throatmikes as I have changed direction in my collection. I will get some pictures and list them in the for sale section in case anyone is interested.
