Heereskarte - need help reading symbols

Hi folks, Heereskarte Blatt 158 features a very famous beach near Littoria. I have this map and the adjoining map of Rome. Can anyone read the symbols in the close up photo? They were applied by Lt. Westphal (no unit info available) apparently around the time of the Winter/Spring stalemate at Anzio. NH

There are notations indicating unit numbers 1.671 and 3.671. NH

This appears to be from the 715 I.D. mot. Judging by the markings it would appear to be from the Regiment HQ. Anyone else have input?
