Help on bayo frog please

Hello guys, i picked this up at the weekend and posted it on the dagger section to see if anyone could give me some info on it, i have never seen a frog like this on a bayo before and it has me stumped also the dagger section guys then frog Prince suggested putting it up here as it may have been a frog for some type of field tool or somethig. Could anyone help me on working out what it was used for or have they seen it used on something else?
