HJ traffictoy badges?

Hello guys, brought this little trafficbadges to my home today from work. What are they exactly and what's they're value?

They are Winterhilfswerk badges issued in 1939 & 1941. You have pieces from which could be from both sets, except the last two which are only from the '41 set.
