    Whatever it is, it looks as if it's been tarted up with that cap eagle. It doesn't resemble any military holsters of the Third Reich period that I've ever seen. I can't help with the specifics, as holsters aren't an area I'm overly familiar with. Hopefully there are others here who will recognise it for what it is.

    Could be WW2 era. The practice of adding cap badges and skulls to holsters and belts was a US veteran souvenir fashion.

    Thanks for the info. Would you say the cap eagle is a 1927 Pattern Political Eagle? Wonder why vets stuck these cap eagles on the holster?
