ID an ammo pouch. Is this authentic?

I got an ammo pouch a couple days ago and was wondering if you guys could help me identify it, and be able to give me a little information. Also, I was informed this was dyed black, so the color may not be original.

The first picture shows the only emblem or anything I could find. it is a "logo" with SS at the top with a W below it

Another para style MP40 pouch - i belive it is also copy but as price is very reasonable maybe even not?

It was died black from whatever the original color was. I like the metal ends vs most of the reproductions I came across on ebay that did not have them. I quite like it, I bought it for $20 with free shipping and It is to be used with my Star Wars Stormtrooper armor.
