Having just watched an edition of Flog It on the tv i was amazed at an item that was brought in by a woman whos mother came by it at the end of the war, it was a pilots/navigators watch that was worn over the flight suit and was slightly larger than normal with illuminated hands and the name of makers inside the back cover, it sold for £3000 to an online bidder, obviously a collector who knew that it was a very rare find and apparently having been researched only very few are known to have survived, so if anyone comes across one guard it with your life, by the way it was for luftwaffe crews
