"Key" for 200L barrel?

Hey Guys - here is an item I don't see too often - possibly a "key" (sorry, I don't know the proper name for it) to open the side-lid of the 200L barrels?
Here is the pic:



My question (if indeed this is for the 200L barrels), are these "keys" are "fit for all" barrels? I do have a nice barrel, would be great to have this as well...

The asking price is 25 EU.

A barrel or drum wrench. Interesting to see-I can't say that I've ever run into one of these before.
