I'm having trouble finding an 'M' under the eagle, but it is
a very nice set Larry.........!
Regards,
Steve.
Thanks for the quick reply!
And an eagle without the "m" would mean what? Was it just erased?
I am still new to bayo/frog markings!
Doesn't appear to be a KM Stamp to me, it is rather a Waffenamt/Arms Bureau Stamp...often the bayonet itself has this marking, btw...
cheers, Glenn
I agree with Glen - it is a Waffenamt mark. Are the bayonet
and scabbard matching numbers.........?
Regards,
Steve.
yes it's a matching set!
I vote KM stamp is worn but that is what they look like and the placement is perfect for KM I can barley see the M eagle is definetly KM property mark. No waa around it. timothy
Thanks a lot for the input!
