Hi Jack , Its in traditions Vol 3 if you look carefully , A guy wearing a 43 mutze has it carrying two Mg ammo boxes, a loat of bread and stick grenades, Yours is a really nice late war example , the weave ersatz straps are made from rubber scraps......love it.

All answers are right 39/43 back carrier straps look mid to later war maybe and the tan paint on frame those are hard to find and quite pricey. timothy
