Late War Load carrier/pack frame?

Guys,

I have this odd carrying frame. I'm fairly sure its period. It is a mish mash of web and a basket weave type affair. No doubt cheaper than leather! The frame is ordanance tan. Possibly used for carrying ammo? Any thoughts?

It's not tragestell m39. it's tragegestell m43. it was as mentioned for many puropose. it was used for carrinng from ammo boxes and to parts of weapons ( for example for mortart parts).
