Lebensmittel Sonderkarte ?

I have bought this Lebensmittel Sonderkarte (Issued to an SS Sturmann), I know it is a LEBENSMITTEL SONDERKARTE Ration Card: German Ration Card for Butter, Meat and Bread. I am not abel to read the sign on the back and it also has a number 45044. Can anyone perhaps read the text on the back and perhaps tell me about the number 45044.

Hi John, it reads Dienststempel. It is a Feldpost number, 45044, which was issued:

(28.2.1941-29.7.1941) for Lazarett-Zug 683.
