I think it is a miner lamp.
Luftwaffe lamps are on FL numbers.

Sorry, no idea. I can only tell you that the Dominit company was established in 1921 and went out of business in 1975.

(It used to be standard practice to rent - rather than sell - the lamps to the mining companies. The first contingent of 2,000 Dominit miners' lamps was delivered in 1922; by 1925 a total of 30,000 lamps were operated.)

By the way: Note the "Ex"-in-a-circle marking on the lamp. This means that the lamp is explosionsgeschützt, i.e. safe to operate in environments where hazardous explosive atmospheres can occur. This, of course, is an important aspect to mining equipment and the reason why such electrical mining lamps (rather than the older gasoline- or oil-burning types) were made compulsory for German coal mines in 1921 (the year the company was founded).
