Agree with Ade here, I haven't seen one like this before but the addition of the eagle could have happened any time after manufacture by anyone to jazz it up abit

I thought it was when I first seen it as I have never seen one that big stamped or however it is fixed. I have seen small Luft eagle with LS stamped in a Lugar holster but only Waa on a cleaning kit. timothy
