M24 grenade markings
Here are some before and after pictures of an M24 head that we cleaned in Oxalic acid. First time i have used it and am very impressed with its effectiveness. The ink stamp is a large K m aug 1940. The head is stamped RR513 1940. Sorry the pictures are not the best, they came from my phone as i did the work at my workshop to keep as safe as possible, but it shows what was under all that rust. Anyone know what the stamps indicate?
