    JP I recently purchased your book on German combat equipment, and I must say it is a marvelous reference and a job well done on your part!

    It came via post this morning, and I am already half way finished with it.

    Are original Zelts becoming harder to acquire? I think they are more elusive here in the U.S.

    Thank you very much about the book.
    You can still find original Wehrmacht Zeltbahnen very easily. Millions were made and if you look on the internet you'll find a large range of examples, in all conditions, from relic to stone mint...I'm talking about standard Zeltbahnen of course, not scarce variants.
