can you give the rank of this soldier and the unit ?

It reads "Flg. Wilhelm Krumm(?)", so Flg. stands for Flieger, literally "flyer", the lowest rank of the Luftwaffe, in English Aviator.

About the unit I'm not sure if this was the aviators unit or maybe the one where the guy was examined to get his glasses. If you could show the whole card... Anyway...
The unit reads "3 San. Ausb. Abt. d. Lw." and with a little detectivework and a lot of guessing (that damn handwriting...) I came up with "3 Sanitaets Ausbilduns Abteilung der Luftwaffe" that translates to "Luftwaffe Medical Training Detachment #3".
